Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and target segments.

- Develop data-driven business plans and recommend strategies based on market analysis.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Identify business challenges, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Analyze business performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and management insights to support decision-making.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations, and management teams to align business goals.

- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

- Perform competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to strengthen market positioning.

- Translate business requirements into actionable plans, project objectives, and measurable outcomes.

- Track the implementation of business strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

- Support business forecasting, revenue planning, and growth strategy development.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a related business analysis position.

- Proven ability to analyze markets, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies accordingly.

- Experience preparing business reports, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting recommendations.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : 6 to 8 LPA 

Work mode : Remote
