AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer to join our data science team and help build intelligent solutions that power our next-generation products. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain machine learning models and contribute to the end-to-end AI pipeline, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to translate business requirements into AI use cases and data pipelines.
• Design, prototype, and evaluate supervised and unsupervised learning models using Python libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Prepare and clean large datasets, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
• Deploy models to production using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) while ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor model performance in production, implement drift detection, and iterate on models to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with AI services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing or computer vision projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow for model lifecycle management.
• Published research or contributions to open‑source AI projects.
