Job Summary
Join our fintech team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, bridging the gap between development and operations. In this role you will deploy, monitor, and optimize financial services applications in production, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS EKS, ensuring zero downtime and efficient resource utilization.
Build and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI, automating testing, build, and release processes.
Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, provisioning secure and reproducible environments across multiple regions.
Monitor application performance with Prometheus and Grafana, and proactively troubleshoot incidents to maintain SLAs.
Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to embed best practices and meet regulatory requirements such as PCI‑DSS and GDPR.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or anyother.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud‑native observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Knowledge of financial industry regulations (PCI‑DSS, GDPR, SOC 2).
Familiarity with IaC frameworks like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
