About the Role :

Our client is looking for passionate and highly skilled Software Developers and Software Architects to join our growing technology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang and ReactJS, along with hands-on experience in telecom systems, particularly 5G RAN environments. Candidates should possess strong technical problem-solving skills and experience working in modern software development ecosystems involving microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and telecom solutions.
• Work on 5G RAN-related applications and telecom system development.
• Develop high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and deployment.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system scalability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications.

• 6–10 years of experience in software development (for Senior Developer / Architect roles).
