BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related branches.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a motivated and talented Junior Developer with hands-on experience in software development, particularly in 4G/5G protocols. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working on next-generation wireless communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the development and implementation of 4G/5G protocol software solutions.
Work closely with senior developers and technical teams on telecom and networking projects.
Analyze, debug, and optimize software performance.
Contribute to software design, coding, testing, and documentation activities.
Support integration and validation of wireless communication protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain code quality and follow development best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Proficiency in languages like C, C++ for software development for embedded orreal-time systems implementation.

Experience with 5G RAN, including strong knowledge in L1 and lower L2 layers.

Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify, analyze, and solve technicalchallenges.

Strong understanding of communication systems, PHY and MAC layers in 5G3GPP radio access standards, including related algorithms, procedures, andprotocols.

Solid understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and memorymanagement.

Familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and simulators.

Proficient in using version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira.

Experience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker. Knowledge about agile and lean methodologies.

Self-driven and proactive approach.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

2–3+ years of experience in software development.
Hands-on knowledge of 4G/5G protocols and wireless communication systems.
Strong understanding of telecom/networking concepts.
Good programming and debugging skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Educational Requirements :
