Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent / Telecaller – Financial Services
Location: Whitefield, Karnataka (Near Bengaluru)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Attractive Monthly Incentives
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Agents/Telecallers for a leading Financial Services project. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling or outbound sales and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Promote and explain financial products and services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of solid experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Outbound Sales.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
