Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated AI Developer to join our data science team and help build intelligent solutions for our clients. The role focuses on developing, training, and deploying machine‑learning models that drive product innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms using Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Preprocess and clean large datasets, ensuring data quality for model training.
Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into predictive models.
Deploy trained models to cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI) and monitor performance in production.
Document model architecture, hyperparameters, and evaluation results for internal knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of hands‑on experience building machine‑learning pipelines.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, and TensorFlow.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret model outputs and suggest improvements.
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
Knowledge of natural language processing or computer vision techniques.
Published work or contributions to open‑source AI projects.
Required Skills
Python programming for data science and ML.
Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Data manipulation with pandas and NumPy.
Model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning (GridSearchCV, Optuna).
Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL and relational database querying.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
