We are hiring Academic Counselors for our client in Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in any two regional languages is mandatory.
Strong counseling, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
Understand students' requirements and provide accurate information about programs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain positive relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve admission targets while delivering excellent customer service.
