Job Description

• Proven experience leading full-stack teams with expertise in:
• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js (REST / GraphQL, APIs, microservices)
• Frontend: Any Typescript framework, React.js, Flutter (mobile/web apps)
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications and ability to embed AI-led practices in engineering.
• Strong focus on application security, data protection, and governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and align withstakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).
• Prior involvement in building AI-enabled products or applying AI in developerworkflows.
