Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Engineer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to design, implement, and optimize Google Tag Manager solutions that drive data-driven decision making and enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GTM containers, tags, triggers, and variables to support marketing initiatives across web, mobile, and email channels.
- Integrate third‑party tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, and Adobe Analytics) within GTM to capture key conversion events.
- Work with the analytics team to implement data layer specifications and ensure accurate data collection for reporting dashboards.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of GTM implementations using browser debugging tools and Tag Assistant.
- Document all GTM configurations, change logs, and best‑practice guidelines for internal use and future reference.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Tag Manager implementations.
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS fundamentals.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a detail‑oriented approach to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of tag management frameworks beyond GTM, such as Adobe Experience Platform Launch or Tealium.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Experience conducting A/B testing and multivariate experiments in partnership with the CRO team.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
