Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Locations: Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary.
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. This role involves meeting clients in the field, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and merchants in the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Promote and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, merchant acquisition, or a related sales role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
