About the Role -

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Specialist / Software Architect with a strong background in wireless telecommunications and networking technologies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in LTE/5G systems and protocol software development across RF Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing next-generation wireless communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities -

Design and architect scalable software solutions for LTE/5G wireless communication systems.
Work on RF Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 protocol software development and integration.
Develop and optimize telecom/networking software for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for product development and deployment.
Analyze system requirements and provide technical leadership in architecture decisions.
Troubleshoot complex networking and protocol-related issues.
Contribute to feature enhancements, system validation, and performance tuning.
Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Expertise -

Strong experience in wireless telecommunications or networking domain.
Hands-on experience in LTE/5G technologies.
Strong understanding of:
- RF Layer 1
- Layer 2 Protocols
- Layer 3 Protocols
Experience in protocol stack development and software architecture.
Strong programming and debugging skills in embedded or telecom software environments.
Knowledge of wireless standards, networking protocols, and communication systems.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in product development lifecycle within telecom or networking industry.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Eligibility Criteria

8–15 years of relevant industry experience in telecom/networking software development.
BE / BS / BTech / MS / MTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
