Job Summary

As a Business Data Systems Analyst (BDSA) in our Information Technology division, you will design, develop, and maintain data‑centric solutions that power our core applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust code, while ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Java, Python, PHP, Go, and other relevant languages.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs that integrate with front‑end components and third‑party services.
• Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL database schemas, perform data migrations, and write efficient SQL queries.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests; conduct code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
• Document system architecture, technical specifications, and provide ongoing support to operations and support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in software development or data engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with the Django framework (DJ) for rapid web application development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deployment and monitoring.
• Experience setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing.

Education
