Requirements:

User-Centric Design Thinking

Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear user personas and journeys

Champion a customer-first design approach across teams

Design Ownership

Own the entire UI/UX lifecycle — from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes

Create elegant, responsive, and scalable UI components with attention to detail

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring features to life

Present design decisions backed by rationale and user insights

System Thinking & Consistency

Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the product

Establish reusable patterns and advocate for scalable interface solutions

Usability & Testing

Run usability tests, A/B experiments, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs

Stay data-informed and hypothesis-driven in your approach

Leadership & Mentorship

Contribute to building a design culture within the team

Mentor junior designers and uphold design excellence across the board

Bonus

Experience designing for AI-powered products

Strong grasp of motion design, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Lottie, Framer, or ProtoPie
