Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Scientist Test 1 to join our IT analytics team. This role focuses on designing and implementing machine learning models that drive product performance insights and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end‑to‑end predictive models using Python and scikit‑learn to forecast user engagement and churn.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business questions into data experiments and report findings through interactive dashboards.
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets from SQL databases, APIs, and cloud storage to ensure data integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and interpretability.
- Document model pipelines, assumptions, and results in GitHub repositories and internal wikis for reproducibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience building machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and version control with Git.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for image or NLP tasks.
- Published contributions to open‑source data science libraries or participation in Kaggle competitions.

Education
