Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of our products, and ensuring their success in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories and specifications
• Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Monitor product performance and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches and ensure successful market adoption
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the software industry
• Strong knowledge of product management frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
