We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to identify potential customers for Lincode solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with key decision-makers, introduce them to Lincode, and nurture relationships with a focus on quality interactions. This role involves utilizing various channels, including cold-calling, emails, and professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers who could benefit from Lincode solutions.
- Research and determine key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Initiate contact with prospects through multiple channels, ensuring a professional and engaging introduction to Lincode.
- Arrange introduction calls with the Sales Manager or schedule visits for Field Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update the CRM system to track progress and next steps.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to schedule meetings and ensure successful outcomes.
- Share meeting summaries (Minutes of Meeting - MoM) with clients to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
- Monitor and track call activity against planned targets, assessing opportunities and sales generated.
- Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the number of calls made and review performance metrics with the Relationship Manager periodically.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
