Responsibilities

Participate in the full lifecycle of the application development, i.e. requirements gathering, developing the application and architecture, deploying into the production environment and providing level-2 support when necessary.

Providing feedback and input into the development of Velox suite of tools and libraries to make them friendlier for other application developers

Qualifications/Skills

Professional experience building Java-based systems - Strong core Java, understanding of commonly used Java data structures

Interest and aptitude for understanding low-level implementation details of any libraries/frameworks that you might have used is a big plus.

Comfortable communicating technical topics to non-specialists like PM, sales and other technology teams

Comfortable with vague requirements/ambiguity - We enable rapid development of solutions, which enables us and our clients to build highly functional systems that are exploratory in nature.

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies with a focus on solving business problems
