Receptionist Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist Administrator to join our team. As a Receptionist Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and directing visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
