Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment - The Recruitment activities include and are not limited to requirement gathering, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, selection, onboarding, and updating respective trackers.
· Coordinating between technical team requirements, Management, and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling and carrying out Interviews.
· Identify and explore various avenues for recruitment (in-house database, using job portals, referrals, etc.)
· Coordination and overseeing the recruitment from the identified avenues
· Coordinate with pre-employment verification for all new onboards.
· Administer new employee On-boarding- Collection of documents and introduction to organisation and team
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills and knowledge of recruitment
Should be comfortable with various selection processes and must be able to conduct different types of interviews such as telephonic, Skype, and personal.
Good negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Must have high levels of skill, motivation, and patience to search for talent for different/complex technical requirements.
An excellent manager of relationships and someone with the ability to influence without authority
Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent
Must have Attention to detail, ability to act with integrity, and must exude thorough professionalism and confidentiality.
