Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, with a focus on airframe and powerplant systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft airframe and powerplant systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with aircraft systems
• Repair and replace faulty components and systems as needed
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance
• Strong knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in aviation maintenance or related field preferred
• Experience with a variety of aircraft models and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
