Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Onsite and offshore teas to analyze technical requirements, and develop, test, and debug ETL objects.

• Work on developing a standard/generic framework for ETL pipelines and data quality checks.

• Work with the Data Architecture team to understand the source and target data models.

• Develop, adhere to, and be a proponent for Data Warehouse development standards, including ETL standards and best practices.

• Provide documentation for all developed ETL processes, including data flow diagrams and source-to-target mappings.

• Conduct ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Requirements and General Skills:

• Experience in writing complex SQL to analyze and troubleshoot issues/problems.

• Excellent communication and motivation skills, and ability to interact appropriately with senior-level colleagues and business users.

• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and follow up on unfinished business.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with data analysis, architecture, cleansing, and quality.

• 4+ years of experience working with Unix Shell Scripts, python, etc.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL/ELT development in Business Intelligence/Data Integration projects.

• 4+ years of experience working with Relational Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Mysql, Teradata, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher
