About Role

• At least 5 years of Salesforce project development experience

• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience with Service Cloud,Lightning web components.

Required skills:

·        Good knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Triggers, integrations

·        Service cloud knowledge with Omni channel

·        Good SF lightning web component knowledge

·        SF admin knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, etc.

• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript

• Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign-On.

• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, JIRA, etc.

• A thorough understanding of the Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.

• Full life-cycle Salesforce implementation experience with strong expertise in Service Cloud,

Service Cloud and Force.com.

• Salesforce Certifications preferred PD1, Service Cloud Consultant

• Must have advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce standard or out-of-the-box functionality.

• Must have knowledge and experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Apex controllers, Triggers, Apex Batch jobs, REST and SOAP based Web services
