We are looking for -

Technology leader focused on bridging the gap between engineering resources, project and organization goals and business deliverables. A strong mentor who

• oversees technical solution
• optimizes architecture
• collaborates with customer and partner technical teams accountable for ensuring Jiffy solutions is implemented successfully. 

Role & Responsibilities:-

•  Conduct evaluation of the system architecture with an emphasis on the design and repeatability
• Oversee and ensure accountability of technology resources (incl. partners)
• Provide technical sales support (e.g., RFx and SOW)
• Capacity planning and environment sizing
• Technical oversight to resolve platform blockers

Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s in engineering (Computer Science Preferred)

Work Experience and Skills required:

• 15+ experience in software development and implementation
• 5-8 years’ work experience in product implementation role
• At least 3 years in lead technical role.
• Experience taking requirements and laying out the solution design
• Experience developing Web based n-tier solution
• Programming experience in Java/C#/Relational database/Python/HTML
• Familiarity with business process automation including deployment of BPM, RPA, Intelligent document processing (OCR etc.)
• Experience with microservice architecture, REST APIs and API management
• Experience deploying production-grade, scalable, reliable, containerized workloads on-premises and on public clouds
• Experience with version management systems
• Command over OOPs concepts and design patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing code reviews and defining code guidelines for team
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
