Success in the Role:
This role is a perfect opportunity for a Software Engineering Manager looking for their next growth opportunity. As a leader, you will help us build and scale our team as our product grows and reaches new customers. Your role will allow you to collaborate closely with other engineering leaders to deliver crossteam, cross-product, and cross-organizational initiatives. This role requires technical and interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams, passionate and focused manager who is a strong people manager, has experience in quality and automation and is focused on delivering results.
As an Engineering Manager, you will:
Be part of Front-End team. In this position, you are responsible for people management and product deliveries (requires hands on experience currently) and be able to pick up task from Agile/Kanban board and track it to closure. You should also be comfortable using the ReactJS or any front-end development/UI framework. You are expected to be hands on and up to date with the latest technology stack.
- Hire, mentor and motivate your team of developers.
- Plan and manage scrums and deliveries
- Contribute to the design and develop high quality software for large scale Web UI using React and Nodejs technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to the engineers on the team, review code and test cases and do end to end integration along with team members
- Resolve technical issues for architects and developers during product lifecycle
- Knowledge of using RESTful services.
- Knowledge of cloud deployments, security and scalability concerns

Work Experience and Skills required:
- Overall 13 - 15+ years of experience with UI, Front End, Web and Mobile Development experience using React and Nodejs technologies.
- Experience in managing technical teams for 5 years, at least 7+ years of technical / development experience in the relevant domain
- Has worked on a product or platform
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Web UI development / management experience
