The Technical Product Manager - Workflow Solutions will oversee the development and enhancement of our workflow and document processing modules, similar to Workato, Pega, and others. This role requires a deep understanding of workflow technologies like temporal, document Extraction methodologies, OCR and document processing deep learning. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our workflow product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success) to drive product development.
Engage in customer-facing activities to gain first-hand feedback and incorporate it into product requirements.
Define and monitor key performance indicators to understand the effectiveness of product initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay current with market trends, ensuring our products remain competitive.
Translate complex technical information into easily understandable product narratives for stakeholders of varying technical understanding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on workflow software solutions similar to Workato, Pega, or others.
Excellent understanding of workflow technology, system architecture, and SaaS product development.
Demonstrable experience in defining and executing product strategy and roadmap.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Proven track record of bringing new products to market.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
