Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Analyst to join our team. The Solution Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify solution options
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Design and document solution architectures and technical designs
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs
• Create and maintain project documentation, including solution specifications and user manuals
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in solution analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in solution analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in solution design and documentation tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level solution analysis and design
• Knowledge of industry-standard solution analysis frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and technologies
• Understanding of database design and data modeling principles
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Certifications in solution analysis or related fields are a plus
