Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will play a key role in the company's overall growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in identifying, evaluating and executing on business opportunities within a publishing company, ideally within the Crypto, Tech, Business, Finance or iGaming industries.

Responsibilities
- Create, lead and mentor the sales and business development teams from early stages into a cash generating machine while ensuring alignment within the organization.
- Develop robust processes and a culture of operational excellence within the sales and BD teams
- With your team, create a standard catalog of services to be provided by our media brands
- Align with other departments on product, engineering, marketing, etc. to ensure the success of your department
- Identify new markets, different advertising methods, targets for acquisition purposes, etc. and prioritize opportunities accordingly.
- Connect with industry leaders, potential clients, etc. to forge partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
- Keep an eye on market trends to spot both opportunities and threats.
