Require Chief Technical Officer for a reputed IT company in Ahmedabad
CTO plays a key role in managing client relationships (both on the IT and business sides), in leading project delivery teams.
1. Ensuring client relationship and project success through strong delivery focus
2. Planning and managing project deliverables at the strategic and tactical levels
3. Providing strategic vision, guidance and recommendations based on business and technical drivers.
4. Managing relationships with team and clients ensuring a high degree of engagement resulting in a shared understanding of strategy, implementation, and delivery realities
5. Collaborating with technical leads to ensure successful delivery of development scope and goals.
6. Balancing and satisfying the needs of business, end user and technical stakeholders ensuring alternatives have been investigated and there is an understanding of implementation trade-offs
7. Guiding the development process and creating a high functioning team
Managing and reporting on project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Supporting new business pursuits via proposals, RFPs, pitch meetings, etc.
8. Building strong client relationships to identify and secure new projects with existing accounts.
#Must Have Skills/Experience:
1. Proven client-facing, partnership, and presentation skills
2. Proven experience for software development solutions
3. Exposure in leading/directing client project using Microsoft Azure Cloud
Hands-on experience managing custom software projects.
4. Solid understanding of technology
Strong facilitation, planning and problem-solving skills.
#Nice to Have Skills/Experience:
1. Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
2. Best practices in product development and technical product marketing
Experience with solution selling/account development/traditional sales.
3. Experience designing/developing business requirements.
Supporting new business pursuits via proposals, RFPs, pitch meetings, etc.
4. Building strong client relationships to identify and secure new projects with existing accounts.
1. Minimum 20 years of experience of which at least last 5 years managing multi-Project environment.
2. Strong Inter-personal and team management skills
3. Local or willing to be on-site (No Hybrid/Remote)
4. PMP certification would be an advantage.
Job Location – Ahmedabad
Salary : Depends on Experience
Shift time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
