Job Description
The school in Gurgaon is seeking an Admission Manager to join our team. The Admission Manager will be responsible for managing the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the school's admission policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inquiries from prospective students and parents
- Provide information about the school's programs, admission requirements, and application process
- Review and evaluate applications and supporting documents
- Conduct interviews and assessments of applicants
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions-related activities
- Collaborate with other school staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students
- Organize and participate in admission events and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in admissions or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer applications and database management
