Workday HCM Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday HCM implementation projects
• Lead and manage Workday HCM Phase II projects
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions
• Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet client needs
• Perform data conversion and migration activities
• Create and execute test scripts to ensure system functionality
• Provide end-user training and support
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks
• Project Manage the moving parts of your projects to drive results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing Workday HCM
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionality
• Experience with Workday report writing and analytics
• Excellent project management and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Prior (not current) Workday HCM certification is highly desirable
• Implementor experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Workday data interfaces (EIB)
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project implementations
• Consultitive approach that helps our clients understand their choices and options
