Role Description

This is a full-time remote Senior Copy Editor position. As part of our dynamic team, the Senior Copy Editors are responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofreading high-quality content for a variety of digital and print media. They will work closely with writers, publishers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals to ensure that content meets the needs of our global audience and is consistent with the company's voice, tone, and style.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in professional writing, editing, or content development, preferably in the Education & Academic space.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with writers and other professionals.
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other web-based content management tools.
• A deep understanding of AP, APA, and Chicago Manual of Style standards, as well as online content optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining brand identity, tone, and style across multiple platforms.
• A portfolio of published work or other relevant examples of editorial expertise.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Business Management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A track record of being able to complete work on time and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• A passion for the written word and a dedication to ensuring high-quality content.
